It also looks like they will be putting in our from porch soon! Our neighbors have their basement and garage leveled off so maybe they are trying to kill two birds with one stone!
Electric should be done by the ninth? Well that is a nice piece of information for this Type A personality!
I called this black paper with green dots that goes under the shingles... my dad informed me it is called "roof paper." Much simpler.
The basement floor also had some sort of sealing in the creases.
Back step. Unfortunately we do not have the option of adding one of those fabulous porches like our neighbor (see above photo). They no longer add those through Richmond Homes, so that will be one of the things we add to our "Future To-Do List."
Hopefully we will be back by the end of the weekend to see the progress made during the second half of the week!
