16 weeks.

I am finally able to say that I am started to feel a little human again. I can make it through most days without absolutely needing a nap, and I am not as grumpy or sick as I used to be, which is a relief. I still  do gag even thinking about the fridge though.

I was at my doctor yesterday, at exactly 16 weeks and I was able to see the heartbeat on the ultrasound and it is a strong 148! I was also able to see her little lady parts, and was reassured again that it is intact a girl (maybe all the wives tales do work?!)

I also have to be monitored with an ultrasound monthly and an NST starting at 32 weeks because I have low PAPP-A, which can indicate a placenta that isn't functioning as well as it should be. Luckily, I am measuring two weeks ahead already, so as of now it is doing what it should and not affecting little girls growth!

How far along: 16 weeks 

Total weight gain: +2

Baby is the size of a: Avocado

Maternity clothes: Not yet, just looser regular clothes and lots of leggings

Stretch marks: Not yet

Sleep: Pretty good

Best moment of this week: Seeing baby's "potty shot" so I could believe with my own eyes its a girl!

Miss anything: We all went out to dinner for our ornament exchange and it would have been nice to have a beer! :)

Movement: Very light flutters, but my placenta moved, it is no longer Placenta Previa, so I have an anterior placenta so I do not feel her as much! 

Food cravings: Ice cream with sprinkles and anything salty

Anything making you queasy or sick: The smell of the fridge and changing Luke's diaper in the morning

Aches or pains: Lots of round ligament pain, and itchiness, which we have to watch because my gallbladder is lame!

Gender: GIRL!! 

Labor signs: No

Belly button in or out: In

Wedding rings on or off: On

What are you dreaming about: This weekend I dreamed about my husband was dating someone else - that was fun to wake up to - NOT! :)

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy

Looking forward to: I am going to buy the paint for her room today and get that started! Also, my lovely sister in law brought us so much clothes and they are ALL so cute, so I need to hang those! I also have SO much boy stuff to sell and home decor to get rid of too, since it was being hoarded in the guest room (Now LC's room) closet and I want it gone! I also am looking forward to Christmas with everyone, we have such an awesome family that I can't wait to have two full days packed with everyone! 

Well thats about it for this week! I will be sharing updated photos of her room as soon as I get the thing painted! :) Oh, and I also have an inspiration board, I will post that this weekend to share!
