Pink Hearth

When browsing through Pinterest I got a wild idea to switch up some of our decor. I ordered new PB Comfort slip covers in a light gray that should be here in a few weeks and wanted to design style to follow. I took my beautiful clock down and added some more contemporary art. I am loving how this looks and I love how bright and happy the pink is. Happy Sunday!

Luke's last day of preschool!

How this child has grown. He was the sweetest baby in the universe and now he is such a middle child. He tries to stand his ground every minute of every day and has such a little attitude!

Next stop: Kindergarten!

Let's Flamingle: Leila's Third birthday.

I love the idea of having an adorable, blog-worthy birthday party. But holy moly, they are a lot of work. If you have noticed, I have tried to take a break from blogging over the last 9 months because I am trying to be more present with my family. I think blogging comes in waves. Football for the boys, gymnastics for Leila, working a full time job, and being a mom have all needed to come before this sad little blog. I am going to try to get back into it because we have some fun redesign projects coming up to curb my need to move and start over decorating a whole new house! But I will get to that in another post!

After years of boys birthdays, it has been so fun to add some color into doing Leila's birthday's! This year all she asked for was "unicorn shoes" which Vans had in stock! Good news: she loved them. Bad news: our puppy Ruby already chewed them up. Womp womp.

Happy third birthday, Leila! Sources below.

What dreams are made of: white kitchens!

Well, hello! It has been a hot minute! I just thought I would stop by and share our newest home project! And when I say "our" I basically mean me because my husband helped in the slimmest way possible because I am a control freak! I am loving how big and bright our new kitchen looks. Well, it is technically the same kitchen, but the espresso cabinets had to go! There is nothing quite like a bright and airy feel in the kitchen!

And remember what it looked like before?

And now...
