Our Master Bathroom: Decorated!

When we first moved into our house, our bathroom was BORING. I am just not a fan of studio lighting and giant mirrors. I had a vision for this room for awhile, and it has been mostly decorated for awhile, but this past week I was finally able to find time to add some hardware to the cabinets. It has added so much dimension to the room as a whole and I am loving it!

Things you need in your life... like, yesterday!

I've been slacking big time on my blog. I keep hoping that I will get more time to be more consistent, and then something comes up, and I just lose time... like it is disappearing into whatever black hole is between 5:00 p.m and 10:00 p.m. at night...

I thought I would share with you some of the things I am LOVING right now and then maybe you can love them too and thank me later! ;)

Get this movie for your kids. It is super funny for adults, and it provides over an hour of entertainment for the kids. Also, if you like Breaking Bad, notice the small ties...

Rags to Raches. These are THE softest rompers for your kids. I like the unique prints and designs. Also, they are kind of pricey, but their resale value is often over 100% for used clothing. Some people need to get a grip - but if you want it but are questioning, just get it and you may be able to sell it for double later!

This stuff is AMAZING. I have been using it on our sheets and towels. It makes our whole house smell divine, as well as making our sheets super soft. I think I could sit there and just smell this bottle day and night.

I am no stranger these days to Freshly Picked moccasins and I hope to be able to do another giveaway at some time in the future. There has been some people that tell me I need to put "real" shoes on my kids. Well, no. And here is why! Plus, they are cuter!

Sktchy. It is an app. You upload your photos and wait for an artist to be inspired and then they draw your picture into a sketch, watercolor, what have you. How fun! These would make a great present for someone!

Cheap, and beautiful, Trader Joe flowers. Cannot. Get. Enough.

Now off to work on something in my master bathroom. Which I promised to show you all like 100 years ago. I have five weeks left of my graduate program. Five! Then I hope so have a little more fun time and a lot less school time!

Aiden's last day of Kindergarten

I can still remember thinking back to Aiden's days as a terrible two year old. I used to imagine how much easier my day would be once he went to school - if I could only picture the amazing little boy he was going to grow into, I might have held him back a year (birthday cutoff, you know...NOT sports!) He is so much more manageable as an almost 6 year old than he was when he was two and three years old.

Remember when I did this fun picture last year?!

Well, I did one this year too! (Surprising, right?)

Look how much he has grown up!

Move over first grade, this kid is coming your way!
