Buffalo Chicken Dip

I am going to share my sister-in-laws famous Buffalo Chicken dip recipe! I think her friend (Nick) coined this recipe, but it is amazing! And, with the upcoming college football season about to start, what better time? (Go BUFFS!)

Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts (3-5)
8 oz. package of cream cheese
2 cups of Pepper Jack cheese
Franks Red Hot
Ranch

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*
Boil the chicken until cooked (about 25 minutes)
Shred chicken with a fork
Layer the bottom of pan with the cream cheese
Add all of the shredded chicken
Add all of the Pepper Jack Cheese
In a separate bowl start with one cup of Ranch and add the desired amount of Frank's Red Hot Sauce… if you want the dip more spicy, add more sauce! The more watery you want your dip, the more of this sauce mixture you will want to use!

Poor mixture over top of already added ingredients in the pan, and bake for 30 minutes at 350*. When it is finished baking, remove from oven and stir or put in another bowl.

Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.

Enjoy!

Aiden's Fourth Year Book

I was a little behind this year on the boys books, and I actually just started Luke's second year book even though he turned one in November, but I finally got this bad boy in the mail so I thought I would share it with you all!

And for those wondering, I use Collect-a-kit papers and emblems, Photoshop CS5, and iPhoto to make the boys books!

I have a book for every year this little guy has been alive, and I can't wait to show his partner one day!

An extra pop of color!

I have been saying for a little while now how much I love navy and want to incorporate it into our family room to bring a bolder color in there. I did some changing around of things, and only needed to buy two chairs and four pillows in order to get a whole new look in the room!

I am not sure how this photo came out blurry, sorry!

We have moved our playroom into the basement because Luke can now go up and down the stairs without a fuss. But we still have some toys in our coffee table and moved the toy box to the right of the TV. Most of the time the boys want to play where we are anyway.

The new blue chairs and pillows are from Target. We also mounted our TV with no wire with a kit from home depot for about $15 dollars! I am still not sure what I want to do on that wall, but I am keeping an open mind until I find something that I love!

I am so excited to start decorating for fall and can't wait to share with you what I come up with!

Aiden's First Day of Pre-K!

I am so excited for Aiden! This year we dropped him off without a tear, and he was so excited to be back at school! I can't believe he is four, let alone starting his last year of Preschool before Kindergarten!

And before school he said "Ms. Sherry has a rule: No taking shoes off in her classroom!" I am glad he remembered this, now if I can only get him to do the same in our car! :)
